Once a participant has completed and submitted his or her responses to an assessment, then they cannot retake the assessment. If you would like to have participants retake an assessment (perhaps some time after they first took the assessment to compare their results, for example) you will need to create a new project and add the participant to that project. Note that it is not possible to add a participant more than once to the same project.
